In Iringa, you can find them at the Iringa Bus Stand in Office #37.
In Dar, they're at Ubungo Bus Terminal in Office #3.

As of October 2018, tickets were 25,000 Tsh one-way between Iringa and Dar. This price includes a snack and a bottle of water on the way.
